Executive coaching

Executive coaching can significantly increase business impact in organisations. Senior leaders report increased awareness of self and others and a positive change in performance on completion of the coaching programme. I work with clients to achieve speedy, increased and sustainable effectiveness in their lives and careers through focused learning. This in turn leads to personal and professional transformation and reinventing of oneself. My sole aim is to work with the client to achieve all of their potential – as defined by the client and/or sponsor.

Sessions will take place at a mutually agreed time and location. The client, sponsor (line manager)and coach will collectively agree coaching programme objectives. 

The Programme usually comprises six sessions (including client coaching sessions, meetings with sponsor before and on completion of programme; development workbook, support between sessions and coaching reports). 

 Client and coach meet to ensure the chemistry is correct
 A contract is agreed between the coach and client
 Objectives and goals are agreed for the coaching programme
 Typically six sessions which can vary according to client need
 Telephone and e-mail support and correspondence between sessions
 A coaching review meeting with sponsor, client and coach held after session 5

Coaching approach

My coaching approach is very person-centred, I am inquisitive, challenging with a friendly tenacity. I will enable you ‘to explore you’ within a safe reflective space and give you remarkable insights into how you react and present in your leadership role. I will focus on shifting your understanding, approach, thinking and practice considerably improving your professional relationships with others impacting positively on your personal and professional goals. Throughout your coaching journey, I will help you explore a range of challenging areas in relation to your current role and professional relationships and provide abundant non-judgemental encouragement and support. I will help you to make some bold decisions and take some big steps towards being a more confident, resilient and effective leader.
